What are the Smart Health and Wellbeing Services? 

At Smart Insurance, family is everything and we take great pride in helping you protect yours. That’s why we offer access to free Health and Wellbeing services to all Smart Family Life Insurance customers. You, your partner, and any children you have (up to age 21) will have access to a range of health and wellbeing services. These include:

  • On-demand 24/7 GP advice by phone or video    
  • Help sourcing appointments, referrals and chasing up prescriptions   
  • Nutrition and diet guidance personalised to you   
  • Help with anxiety and depression as well as mood journaling tools  
  • Symptom checker and one-to-one follow-ups with the Nurse Champion if anything looks unusual   
  • Physiotherapy triaging and specialist referrals

How does it work?

When you buy a Smart Family life Insurance policy, you’ll be able to use your free Health and Wellbeing services right away. These services are provided by Medipartner so to activate them you can visit their website below. To make activating the services as quick as possible, it would be good to have these ready:

  • Your policy number – you can find this in your welcome pack
  • Your date of birth

Some things to keep in mind

The Smart Health and Wellbeing services do not form part of your life cover contract and they could be changed or removed in the future. This is a non-contractual benefit from Smart Insurance and can be withdrawn at any time. These services are only available to customers who purchased their policy on or after 27th September 2023.

Our Health and Wellbeing services are provided by MediPartner Limited who is an independent health and advisory service and is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
